If the personal information is for a grave marker then we may use it when contacting the cemetery to verify the memorial's adherence to their regulations. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use the information you provide on our survey in three ways. 1. To give us an insight as to how we perform so we can look for areas to improve upon. 2. At the end of the survey we will ask for your permission to use any comments you may have as a testimonial to be published on our site or other sales mediums.
