When will my product be delivered? Top

GROUND DELIVERY

• Headstones – product ships after 4-8 weeks from the time we receive approval from the cemetery.
  Transit time is usually 5-10 business days.
  
  
• Urns – Most urns ship same day as long as the order is received by 12pm CST. Orders received after 12pm CST may ship the following business day or as stated on the product page above the price. Personalization may take an additional 24 hours.
  Transit time is usually 3-7 business days unless expedited.
  
  
• Cremation Jewelry – Most jewelry ships same day as long as the order is received by 12pm CST. Orders received after 12pm CST may ship the following business day or as stated on the product page above the price. Personalization may take an additional 24 hours.
  Transit time is usually 3-7 business days unless expedited.
  
  
• Flag Cases – 95% of the time they usually ship out in 1-3 business days.
  Transit time is usually 3-7 business days unless expedited.
  
  
• Memorial Rocks, Memorial Trees & Estate Boulders – usually ship out in 5-7 weeks from the time the order is received and the layout is approved by the customer.
  Transit time is usually 3-7 business days.
  
  
• Ceramic Pictures – usually ship out in 5-7 weeks from the time the order is placed and the picture is received.
  Transit time is usually 1-2 business days and is shipped expedited.
  
  
• Marble Statues – usually ship out in 1-3 business days if the item is in stock.
  Transit time is usually 3-7 business days unless expedited.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY

Is only available for urns, cremation jewelry and flag cases. Orders placed before 12pm noon CST usually ship the same day unless otherwise stated above the price on the product page. The following chart gives you an idea when your order will arrive.
