Upon placing your order with us, a paw print impression kit will be sent to you for impression collection. It takes only minutes to take impressions and creates no mess. When we receive your impression it will take 4-6 weeks to send the completed jewelry piece to you.

Your jewelry piece can be further personalized with any one or all of these available options:
Metal Finish - Your pendant can come in a High Polish metal finish that is very reflective or a Satin Matte finish which is a bit subdued and has a subtle brushed effect.
Engraving - Your paw print pendant can be engraved on the backside using one of these font styles. A maximum of 3 lines, 1 word per line, will fit in some cases less. We'll notify you if issues arise with the lettering.
Chains & Bracelets - Your pendant comes with a back cord to wear around your neck, but you have the option of adding a beautiful chain in one of many styles.

What is a fingerprint kit?
A fingerprint or thumbprint kit is either a mold material or a fingerprint ID card that is used to capture a fingerprint or thumbprint, baby's hand or foot, or pet paw print to make an impression or ink print. Kits are included with every jewelry purchase.
What is the process when an order is placed?
Once you place your order online and pay for it either a mold impression kit or a fingerprint ID card will be mailed to you along with a postage-paid return envelope and instruction on how to take the fingerprints. Once we have received the fingerprints, we will contact you. The fingerprint jewelry keepsake will be ready in approximately 4-6 weeks.
How long do you keep the fingerprints on file?
We keep all fingerprint impressions and ink prints on file permanently for use at a future date.
What is the size pendant should I select?
The heart pendant is approximately 1" to 1 1/8" in width from side to side. The large heart pendant will normally fit a full adult print. The small charm size pendant is approximately 3/4" in width from side to side. The small charm size pendant will normally fit the full child's print. All pieces are custom made and we try to capture the entire print on a piece, unless specific dimensions and directions are given otherwise.
Does the order come with the piece to attach to the necklace or charm bracelet?
Yes, all our pieces come with a heavy gauge jump ring. Some pieces can be heavy and we do not want them to fall off of your necklace or bracelet. Jump rings can be soldered closed by request.
How thick is the heart charm from a mold impression?
The approximate thickness is 1/8". The mold impression creates depth to your keepsake.
Can you make a jewelry piece from a fingerprint ID card?
Yes, we can make a jewelry piece from a fingerprint ID card or any ink print. We offer our own fingerprint ID card, or you can provide a clean, crisp photocopy of your own fingerprint id card or other ink print. You can mail or e-mail your photocopy.
How big of a fingerprint or thumbprint can we imprint?
Fingerprints can be taken from children 9 months and older with a visible fingerprint through adults. There is no age limit. Large fingerprints, thumbprints, handprints or footprints from an ink print can be resized to suit your design. If you desire a print from a baby less than 9 months of age, we suggest you take a toe print with the mold impression material or a full footprint and/or handprint on an ink card.
Can I have a fingerprint or thumbprint piece done of my dying child or grandparent?
Yes. A fingerprint impression kit can be purchased online or by phone. FedEx Overnight Service is available for an additional charge if you need the kit expedited to you.
I do not have a fingerprint of my deceased mother, but have her signature, can I get that on a piece?
Yes, we would need a clean, crisp photocopy of the signature and can create a unique piece with the handwriting. We also offer the special handwriting or love note on the back of any piece.
Can we make more that one item from each impression?
Yes, more than one piece can be ordered with a fingerprint mold impression or ink print, just let us know how many pieces when placing the order. We keep all molds and fingerprints on file indefinitely so you may order in the future.
How old do the children need to be?
Babies have such fine fingerprints that they do not show up well on the mold kits or fingerprint ID card until after the child is around 9 months of age. But - the footprint or toe print can be used from birth. Fingerprint jewelry is available for all ages 9 months and above with a visible fingerprint. An ink print of the hands and feet can be used from birth. A photocopy of the ink print is all that is needed.
Can I put more than one fingerprint or thumbprint on a single piece?
Yes. We also offer many different designs for multiple fingerprints or thumbprints. We offer pieces with the fingerprint back-to-back or can add more than one on the same piece. Please contact us for more details.
